Lynn Tarini

Lynn Tarini is a seasoned communications executive with extensive experience in employee communication and leadership engagement across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR and Employee Communications at CSL since April 2023, Lynn previously held key roles including Director of Enterprise and Leadership Communications at Bristol Myers Squibb, where strategic messaging for the Global Leadership Team was developed. Lynn's career includes significant achievements at GSK, advancing through positions such as Senior Communications Director and Director of Corporate Internal Communications, managing global teams and leading communications for major organizational changes. Active in community service, Lynn sits on the Greater Philadelphia/South Jersey Board of Directors for March of Dimes while also volunteering with the organization. Lynn holds multiple degrees, including an MS in Organizational Leadership and Technology from Chestnut Hill College and a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
