Mae Chen is the APAC Cluster Legal Head at CSL, where they currently lead legal commercial operations. Qualified in both New York and Hong Kong, they have extensive experience advising multinational and Chinese local clients on a variety of legal and compliance matters. Prior to their current role, Mae served as Associate General Counsel at Bio-Rad Laboratories and held positions at Baker & McKenzie, DLA Piper, and KPMG, focusing on customs, trade compliance, and tax matters. Mae earned a Bachelor of Laws from Fudan University and a Master of Laws in U.S. Law from Washington University in St. Louis.
