Malte Krämer

Malte Krämer is the Director of QA Compliance and Support Functions at CSL Behring, where they lead various departments including Site Compliance and Audit Management since 2024. Previously, they served as a Quality Systems Manager at GSK from 2015 to 2018, managing crucial quality systems and integrating them post-merger with Novartis Vaccines. Malte's diverse experience includes roles as Quality on the Shopfloor Supervisor and Change Control Manager at Novartis Vaccines, focusing on quality assurance in vaccine production and change control processes. Malte is currently pursuing both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biotechnology at Technische Universität München.
