Mandy Hötzel is the Director of Quality Assurance and Quality Control for CSL Plasma Europe, where they lead quality oversight and laboratory operations while ensuring compliance with various regulatory authorities. With a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, Mandy has held roles such as Head of Quality Assurance at Shire, focusing on GMP production and quality management systems. They have extensive experience in quality assurance, production processes in Plasma Fractionation, and leadership, bolstered by an academic foundation in analytical determinations from Universität Wien. Outside of their professional work, Mandy enjoys running, hiking, and climbing.
