Marcus Lacey

Marcus Lacey serves as the Executive Director and Global Pandemic & Outbreak Head at Seqirus since December 2017, overseeing global strategy and commercialization of the influenza pandemic portfolio. Previously, Marcus held the position of Director for Region Europe & MEA Marketing at Eddystone Housing Trust from June 2018 to August 2023, while also serving as a Board Trustee for the charity. Prior consulting experience includes leading PCC Ltd from November 2013 to December 2017 as Managing Director and Owner, advising major pharmaceutical companies and acting as an industry advisor to WHO on pandemic preparedness. Marcus's earlier career at GSK spanned over two decades, culminating in the role of European Commercial Director for Pandemic Vaccines and Medicines, with responsibilities including marketing and commercialization for multiple pandemic products. Marcus holds a BSc in Chemistry and Management Studies from Leeds University, earned in 1991.
