Markus Jetzer currently serves as the Global Head of Manufacturing Data Systems at CSL, a position held since May 2021, after progressing through roles including Regional Manufacturing Data Systems Lead for Europe and Manufacturing Data System Engineer. Prior to CSL, Markus was with Biogen as a Senior Automation Engineer focusing on BES-MDS from April 2019 to April 2021. Markus began his career at Novartis, where expertise ranged from Data Analytics and Business Analyst to Technical Design Expert for over 25 years, contributing to significant projects such as the development of the global PAT-MVDA system and acting as Global Application Manager. Educationally, Markus holds an Engineer's degree in Informatik obtained between 2001 and 2003.
