Markus Staempfli

Markus Staempfli is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial operations and strategic leadership within the pharmaceutical industry. As the Vice President of Europe Major Markets & Canada at CSL since June 2004, Markus has successfully driven significant revenue growth while managing 12 affiliates across Latin America and EMEA. Previously, as the Global Integration Lead for CSL Vifor, Markus directed a major acquisition integration, focusing on continuity and synergy targets. Early career roles include leadership positions at ZLB Bioplasma, where Markus expanded international sales and marketing efforts, and Novartis, where Markus managed brand growth initiatives. Markus furthered education at IMD and holds a summa cum laude degree from the University of Bern.
