Marshal Watson has extensive experience in laboratory operations and real estate. At PeaceHealth Laboratory, Marshal served as a Lab Assistant II, where workflow improvements enhanced patient access and turnaround time. As Laboratory Support Services Supervisor at University of Colorado Health, a 33% reduction in patient wait times was achieved through new processing procedures. Additional experience includes a role as Lead Phlebotomist at Centura Health, where workflow improvements also decreased wait times.
