Matt Hardy has extensive experience in the scientific field, currently serving as Associate Director at CSL since November 2004, where previous roles included Senior Scientist and Research Scientist. Prior to this, Matt Hardy worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Trinity College Dublin from 2002 to 2004, and held the same position in multiple capacities. Matt Hardy began a scientific career as a PhD student at the Monash Institute of Reproduction and Development from 1997 to 2001.
