Matt Vahey is the Lead Counsel for North America Commercial Operations at CSL and has been serving as a Commissioner at Abington Township since 2018. They previously held roles including Chief of Staff to State Representative Josh Shapiro from 2005 to 2009 and worked as a Judicial Law Clerk in the US Courts from 2013 to 2015. Matt has also gained experience as an Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP from 2015 to 2021 and as a Senior Counsel at CSL Behring from 2021 to 2023. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from The Catholic University of America.
