Mia Dong

Mia (Meicong) Dong is currently the Manager of Global Engineering Quality at CSL Behring. They previously held positions at CSL Behring as a Qualification Associate and Quality Assurance Associate, focusing on equipment qualification and GMP compliance. They also served as a Scientist at Baxter International Inc. and contributed as a Graduate Research Associate and Teaching Assistant at Texas Tech University where they earned a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry. Their early experience includes a Lab Technician Internship at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from China Agricultural University.
