Michael Kocher is currently the Director and Head of Engineering Quality at CSL Behring since 2019, where they oversee key quality engineering initiatives. Previously, they held various positions at CSL Behring from 2003 to 2008, including Technical Specialist Qualification and Senior Manager Qualification. Michael earned a degree in Biotechnologie from ZHAW Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften between 1999 and 2002, and also completed training as a Chemielaborant at Sandoz Ausbildungszentrum Muttenz from 1993 to 1996.
