Michael Streule is currently the Head of QC Excellence at CSL Behring, leading a team of over 50 scientists and technical experts globally. Previously, they held the position of Head of Pharma Finished Product Testing at Interlabor Belp AG, where they oversaw a team of eight and ensured quality management. Michael has also served as a Senior Scientist in Chemical Analytical Development and held various roles within quality control, including leading teams through regulatory inspections. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and an EMBA in Business Administration and Management from Berner Fachhochschule BFH.
