Mike Spencer is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and process design across various sectors, including biotechnology and industrial manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at CSL Behring since January 2017, Mike has been instrumental in managing a major green field project for a Plasma Fractionation Facility, overseeing design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification, along with a significant delivery scope. Prior roles include Mechanical and Process Design Engineer at CET Group, where significant projects for CSL Behring and Dulux were executed, as well as positions at Nordson Dage, Bioquell PLC, e2v, Schneider Electric, and Fisher & Paykel Appliances. Mike holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury and previously attended Massey University for further engineering studies.
