Mireille Costantzer is a strategic regulatory expert with over 25 years of experience in biologic and small molecule drug development, currently serving as the Senior Director and Global Regulatory Therapeutic Area Lead for Hematology at CSL. Mireille has a proven track record in managing complex health authority interactions worldwide and leading successful regulatory submissions, including those for major oncology therapies at Hoffmann-La Roche. Previously, Mireille held positions at various pharmaceutical companies, where they developed high-performing teams and actively contributed to regulatory policy initiatives. An advocate for pediatric and unmet medical needs, Mireille is involved in multiple policy circles, including EFPIA and Enpr-EMA.
