Mitch Zhang

Mitch Zhang is a Senior Manager in Finance Process Excellence at CSL, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Mitch was a Director of Strategy & Transactions at EY-Parthenon from 2019 to 2025, and they briefly worked as a Sales Associate at Aflac in 2017. Earlier in their career, Mitch gained experience as a Forensic and Integrity Services Intern at EY in 2018 and dedicated over 250 hours as a volunteer for LIFT-Levántate from 2014 to 2015. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in 2018, having previously studied at Wake Forest University.
