Norbert Schulze

Norbert Schulze is a seasoned professional in biopharmaceutical process development with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Process Development Plasma at CSL Behring since September 2018, Norbert previously held positions such as Head of BioProcess Development at Sanofi and Director CMC Lead R&D at CSL Behring, where strategic oversight was provided for the CTD module 3 for AFSTYLA. Earlier roles include Director of Process Development & Validation at Biotest AG, where achievements included the establishment of a recombinant manufacturing plant, and various positions at sanofi-aventis leading international project teams and developing key biopharmaceutical processes. Norbert holds a Ph.D. from GBF and a Master's degree in Chemistry with an emphasis on biotechnology from Technische Universität Braunschweig.
