Orell Mielke

Orell Mielke, MD, currently serves as CEO of Silent Leader Academy, focusing on Positive Leadership to enhance team performance and motivation while addressing challenges effectively. With extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, Mielke has held the position of Director and Global Clinical Program Leader in Clinical Development for Immunology at CSL since June 2011. Previous roles include Medical Director at Biotest AG, Vice President of Clinical Development at KeyNeurotek Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Director at Parexel, among others. Early career experience includes assistant physician roles in neurology and psychiatry at Klinikum Mannheim and Zentralinstitut für Seelische Gesundheit. Mielke holds a Staatsexamen in Medicine from Heidelberg University and is pursuing additional certifications in Positive Psychology and as a Search-inside-Yourself Trainer.
