Os Smyth

Os Smyth is a seasoned leader in Compensation, Remuneration, Benefits, and Performance Management, currently serving as the Head of Executive Compensation, Performance Management, and Equity at CSL. With a career spanning over two decades in major Australian companies, they have developed expertise in reward strategy, executive compensation, and governance. Os has previously held significant roles at organizations such as Newcrest Mining, Coles, and PwC, and they provide consulting services in remuneration strategy for the Future Fund. Os completed the Company Director’s Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2022 and holds a dual degree in Finance, Genetics, and Statistics from the University of Melbourne.
