Patricia Becht

Patricia Becht is a Lead in I&T Organizational Change Management with extensive experience in guiding clients through transformational initiatives. They served as an Associate Director and Change Lead at CSL since 2024 and previously held significant roles at QVC, where they managed large-scale organizational changes and established a Change Management team. Patricia began their career as an Ecommerce Merchant at Burlington Stores, Inc., and has also held positions at L Brands and Charming Shoppes. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Temple University.
