Perdita Cheshire is currently the Director of Research Innovation at CSL, overseeing teams in North America and Asia Pacific and responsible for developing strategies to source early discovery pipeline programs across all therapeutic areas. They held similar roles at CSL Behring and have accrued extensive experience in research and innovation since completing their PhD at Monash University. Their academic background includes a BSc (Hons) and an MSc from the University of Sussex, complemented by additional training in commercialisation and business development. Perdita has also contributed to various research roles at universities and health organizations throughout their career.
