Preston Eilders

Preston Eilders is a skilled professional with extensive experience in quality control and team leadership. Currently serving as QC Group Lead Biology at CSL Behring since May 2011, Eilders manages sample preparation, collects and assembles data, and monitors aseptic process environments while collaborating with Quality Assurance Operations on deviations. Previously, Eilders worked at Target from 2006 to May 2011 as an Electronics Team Leader and Sales Associate, providing training for new team members and ensuring high levels of customer service. Eilders also served as a Team Leader for the Chicago Bears from August 2008 to August 2010, supervising security personnel during practices and events to maintain safety. Eilders holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Olivet Nazarene University, earned in 2011.
