Ricky Lam

Ricky Lam is a validation manager with extensive experience in laboratory management, instrument calibration, and validation practices. Previously serving as the Research Development Laboratory Manager at Pfizer, Ricky led a skilled instrumentation team and introduced innovative electronic data entry systems. Currently, they hold the position of Head of QC Excellence Instrumentation at CSL Behring. Ricky began their career as a Stability Scientist at Mayne Pharma and gained foundational analytical skills as an Analytical Chemist at Sigma. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Chemistry at RMIT University.
