Robert J. Stoop

Robert J. Stoop, PhD, MHA, is an Associate Director at CSL, focusing on global pharmacovigilance engagement and collaboration. With over a decade of experience in the biotech field, Robert has driven initiatives promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and has played key roles in strategic communications and organizational improvement. Currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Development and Change Management at Cabrini University, Robert also serves as an instructor at Virginia Commonwealth University, where they guide students in musical theatre performance. Previous roles include senior project management positions at CSL Behring and operational leadership at various healthcare organizations.
