Ron Stephens

Ron Stephens has a diverse professional background, currently serving as a Processor at CSL Behring since April 2022, where responsibilities include the sampling, testing, shipping, and storage of plasma collected from donors. Prior to this role, Ron worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at Lat Purser & Associates, Inc. from July 2017 to February 2022, overseeing multiple properties in the Charlotte Metro area. Additionally, Ron gained experience as a Special Events Manager at The Mint Museum from April 2010 to May 2015, managing the Special Events department and supporting the Uptown location. Ron holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Brevard College, where studies were completed from 1984 to 1986.
