Rustam Kuliev, MD, is an experienced professional in the field of pharmacovigilance and safety, currently serving as Senior Territory Manager for Global Safety & Pharmacovigilance at CSL since July 2024, after previously holding the role of Territory Manager at the same company from July 2022 to June 2024. Prior positions include key roles at GSK as Pharmacovigilance and Med Info Manager for the EAEU QPPV, and earlier as a Pharmacovigilance Manager and Specialist. Rustam also contributed as a project member for MedDRA MSSO, focusing on the translation of MedDRA into Russian, and served as a Visiting Lecturer at I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University for two years. Additionally, Rustam was a member of the PV Committee at the Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers from July 2018 to July 2022. Rustam holds degrees in Healthcare Management from the Eurasian Open Institution and a Medical Doctor (MD) from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
