Ryan Hansen is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in research and development finance, currently serving as the VP of R&D Finance and Business Planning & Evaluation at CSL since September 2020. In this role, Ryan leads the Financial Business Partnering organization for CSL’s Global 'One R&D' framework and is part of CSL's Finance Leadership Team, providing key financial insights to the Global R&D leadership. Prior to joining CSL, Ryan was a partner at Deloitte from 2002 to August 2020, where responsibilities included serving clients in the resources and telecommunications sectors. Ryan holds both a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Accounting from the University of Pretoria, completed between 1999 and 2002.
