Ryan Nai

Ryan Nai is a Senior Scientist at CSL, where they lead electrophoresis-based analytics for recombinant biologics, focusing on the development of CE-based assays for drug modalities such as recombinant mAbs and next-generation mRNA vaccines. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Research Fellow at Deakin University, establishing CRISPR-based diagnostic platforms and mentoring research students. They also held positions as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Tasmania, developing analytical methods for pneumococcal conjugated vaccines, and as a Research Assistant at both the University of Tasmania and the University of New South Wales, investigating ecological relationships and designing experiments in molecular biology. Ryan earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Analytical Chemistry and Microbiology from the University of Tasmania, and holds Bachelor's degrees in Biotechnology and related fields.
