Scott Bilkey, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in the design, development, and leadership within manufacturing environments. They began their career as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Crown ESA, then progressed through roles at Unilever, culminating as Engineering Manager, where they oversaw factory investment strategies. Scott later served as MES & Automation Manager at CSL Behring, before taking on the role of Global Standards and Governance Lead for Execution Systems, where they drive standardization and best practices. They hold an MBA from Purdue University and are a certified, award-winning TPM instructor.
