Currently, Sema'j serves as the Head of Early Careers for the Americas at CSL and has held various roles in talent acquisition and recruitment across notable companies, including JPMorgan Chase & Co., Progressive Insurance, and SAP. Sema'j earned a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Temple University, where participation in athletic and academic programs helped shape a strong foundation for effective communication and relationship-building skills.
