Simon Hinds

Simon Hinds is currently the Senior Director of Supply Chain at CSL Behring, overseeing supply chain activities at the Broadmeadows facility in Melbourne, Australia. From 2018 to 2019, Simon worked at McKinsey & Company in various roles, including Senior Implementation Coach and Expert Associate Partner, where they developed content on supply chain management and provided leadership in Life Sciences. Prior to that, Simon held senior supply chain management positions at GSK from 2012 to 2018, focusing on the Asia Pacific region and leading various successful transformation projects. Simon holds multiple certifications in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from APICS and earned a B.Sc. (Hons) in Anatomical Science from the University of Bristol.
