Simone Nickel is an accomplished International PV Learning & Development Lead with extensive experience in the global pharmaceutical industry. Currently, they lead an international Pharmacovigilance training team at CSL, where they co-lead the global PV Training Consult Network and have implemented innovative learning solutions, including blended learning strategies and a Learning Management System. They are a certified trainer in GMP and Pharmacovigilance, passionate about enhancing GxP awareness through engaging training programs. With a solid background in Pharmacovigilance and Quality Assurance, they have successfully supported organizational change and business transformation initiatives. Simone holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt in Business Administration from Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences.
