Simone Tangermann

Simone Tangermann is currently the Head of Experimental Unit-Operations & Head of Animal Facility at CSL Innovation Marburg, where they focus on pharmacology and toxicology. Previously, they worked as a Toxicologic Pathologist at BASF, leading anatomical pathology efforts for regulatory studies. In addition to their role at CSL, Simone is a Pathologist and Lecturer at Vetmeduni Vienna, specializing in the development and evaluation of animal models for human disease, particularly in oncology. Simone holds multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Dr. med. vet. from Universität Bern and a Diplomate ECVP.
