Stefan Bibow

Stefan Bibow is an Associate Director in Drug Substance PD at CSL, leading three teams across Switzerland and Australia. With over 10 years of expertise in biologics purification and protein structure determination, Stefan has successfully guided the transfer of several purification processes to large-scale GMP facilities. They hold a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry from the University of Göttingen and have previously worked at renowned institutions including the Salk Institute, ETH Zürich, and Lonza. Stefan is PMP-certified and is passionate about leadership, performance management, and strategy implementation.
