Stefan Hälg

Stefan Hälg is currently a Senior Manager of R&D Finance at CSL, having previously held the position of Manager FP&A in R&D. Before this, they served as a Manufacturing Controller and Head of Accounting at CSL Vifor, where they managed operations and supported accounting transfers to a shared service center. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Project Controller at Stadler and various positions at Bühler Group, ranging from Trade Finance Officer to Commercial Trainee. Stefan earned a BSc. in General Management with a minor in Accounting & Controlling and an MSc. in Corporate Development from OST – Ostschweizer Fachhochschule.
