Stephen Walker

Stephen Walker is currently the Senior Director of Operational Excellence and Clinical Compliance at CSL and has held the position since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Performance Improvement and Innovation at CSL Behring beginning in 2020 and spent over two decades with GlaxoSmithKline in various roles, including Americas Director of Business Operations. Walker has also held leadership positions at the Easter Seal Society of Berks & Schuykill Counties and the Saint Louis Crisis Nursery. They earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan, a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Master of Library & Information Science from Drexel University.
