Thaddeus Flood

Thaddeus Flood is the Senior Director of US Policy at CSL, where they leverage their strategic expertise to address complex healthcare policy and reimbursement challenges. Previously, Thaddeus held significant roles at companies such as AstraZeneca, Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies, and MITRE, focusing on policy development and strategic consulting. Thaddeus began their career as a Law Clerk at AdvaMed and has experience with federal agencies, notably managing health information exchange initiatives at the US Department of Health and Human Services. They hold a JD, cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law, and a BA from Fordham University.
