They previously served as an Agile Coach at NASA, the Federal Aviation Administration, and various other organizations, where they provided training and mentoring to enhance team performance. Tim's background includes a Master’s in Leadership and significant roles in project and program management at companies like DuPont Pioneer and Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Additionally, Tim co-owns a small business, focusing on creating a positive company culture alongside operational management.
