Tim Oste

Tim Oste is currently the Senior Director of Program Management at CSL Behring, where they manage global non-CAPEX programs and projects. Previously, Tim held the position of Senior Director and Program & Integration Lead at CSL and served as Project Director and Project Manager at Roche, leading initiatives to enhance quality and asset lifecycle management in the manufacturing network. Tim also worked at Genentech as Director of Project Services, overseeing a large project portfolio and team while improving project execution processes. Tim's educational background includes a Dipl.-Ing. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dortmund, which they continue to pursue.
