Travis Millen

Travis Millen serves as the HR Site Lead at Seqirus, where responsibilities include leadership in HR strategy, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations at a facility focused on producing cell-based influenza vaccines and other significant health products. Previously, Travis held the position of Head of Workplace Relations at Seqirus, managing HR and employee relations matters, including EBA strategy, risk management, and compliance. Travis’s extensive experience in human resources spans roles at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia, including National HR Change Manager and HR Production Manager, as well as consulting positions at The Salvation Army Australia. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial & Employee Law from Monash University, complemented by a Bachelor of Business focused on Human Resources from La Trobe University.
