William Baugh

William Baugh, MSW, currently serves as the Director of Commercial Knowledge Management and Training Standards at CSL, where responsibilities include developing knowledge management strategies and training initiatives for commercial teams. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Impulse Dynamics, where Baugh advised on a corporate university for cardiac therapy, and Eli Lilly and Company, providing support to sales teams in the neurosciences division. Baugh has also held positions at Roche, IUPUI as an adjunct faculty instructor, and Herman & Kittle Properties, where a corporate university was established under their direction. With a solid academic background in psychology and social work from Indiana University, William Baugh brings extensive experience in learning and development within the healthcare and corporate sectors.
