Yingxia Wen

Yingxia Wen, PhD, is a mission-driven biotech executive currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of Discovery Research and Research Strategy at CSL, where they lead vaccine development efforts. Previously, they held various leadership roles at CSL, including Director and Sr. Director, and worked as a Research Investigator at Novartis and a Sr. Scientist at Pfizer. Yingxia began their academic journey as a CRI Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University and has focused on advancing translational science and global health partnerships throughout their career. They are currently pursuing further education at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick.
