Lewis Bone's work experience begins in 2016 with their role as an Account Assistant at CSM Live. Lewis then moves on to become an Account Executive from January 2017 to September 2018. Following this, they take on the role of Account Manager, working with clients like the ECB, MCC, and ICC, and contributes to the Cricket World Cup 2019 in England and Wales. In October-November 2019, they manage the branding program for the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifiers in the UAE. In August 2021, they become a Senior Account Manager, and in April 2022, they start managing phase 1 of the Lord's brand elevation project as the Head of Cricket at CSM Live. Alongside their work at CSM Live, Lewis also works as a Casual Cricket Coach at Kent community cricket from March 2016 to April 2017.

Lewis Bone completed their education at the University of Winchester from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management. Prior to that, they attended Oakwood Park Grammar School from 2005 to 2012, where they focused on subjects like History, Geography, Sport, and English Language. In addition to their formal education, Lewis has obtained several certifications. Lewis earned a Labourer - Level 1 Award from the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) in April 2021, a Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment from ETC AWARDS LTD in March 2021, and a Mental Health First Aid Ambassador certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in January 2021. Lewis also holds certifications in Managing Safely from IOSH obtained in October 2020, Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at work from Andersson First Aid Training obtained in January 2020, and Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Young People and Adults Cricket from 1st4sport Qualifications obtained in May 2016.
