Ismael Razo

Ismael Razo is an experienced professional with a background in account management and engineering. Currently serving as an Account Manager at CSNA since August 2019, Ismael builds long-term relationships with customers and provides support through various communication channels. Prior to this role, Ismael was a Senior Design Capstone Project Leader at the University of Texas at Tyler, where a hospital-grade baby bassinet was designed and prototyped to assist mothers post-caesarean surgery. Additionally, Ismael gained valuable experience as a Site Superintendent at JARA Construction, managing client and subcontractor consultations for building remodels, and as a Service Technician at Gulf Electroquip, focusing on the disassembly and refurbishment of high-powered motors. Ismael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Tyler.
