Dalibor Šajar

Dalibor Šajar serves as the Executive Director of Segment Marketing, Digital Channels, and Deposit Product Management at CSOB since September 2023. Previously, Dalibor held the position of Marketing & Online Distribution Director at MONETA Money Bank from May 2015 to October 2023, and also served as the Head of Digital Channels & Online Distribution within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Marketing, Digital & Product Development and Board Member at Allianz Czech Republic, and Head of Sales & Distribution and Board Member at ING Group Retail Organization Czech Republic. Early career achievements include various positions at Kimberly Clark, Mazars, and Grant Thornton LLP, accumulating significant expertise in sales, marketing, and accounting over the years. Dalibor holds a Master's Degree in Economy and Strategic Management from Brno International Business School and an MBA in Business Administration and Management, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies from The Open University. Further executive development was completed at CEDEP in Fontainebleau.
