David Hons

David Hons is an accomplished professional specializing in M&A and corporate finance, currently serving as an Advisor to the Board at ČSOB since January 2023, focusing on innovation, M&A, and strategy. Previously, David held roles at CTP as an M&A Manager and Investment Analyst from May 2020 to December 2022, overseeing acquisition evaluations, transaction coordination, and post-closing integration. David's experience also includes nearly four years at KPMG Czech Republic as a Senior in Deal Advisory, where engagement in M&A activities across the CEE region involved advising on various deals and conducting due diligence. Earlier in their career, David served as an Associate in Deal Advisory at Česká spořitelna and began as a Test Analyst. David holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Financial Engineering and a Bachelor's degree, both from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
