Jan Váňa

Jan Váňa is an IT manager with extensive experience in IT leadership, focusing on operations, technology, and security management. They have served as Head of IT Technology & Infrastructure at Kooperativa, where they led infrastructure operations and managed significant projects following a company merger. As CIO at Santander Consumer Finance, they directed internal IT teams and oversaw ERP implementations and vendor management. Currently, Jan holds the position of Head of Network and Telco at CSOB, and they continue to work as an independent consultant, optimizing IT operations and supporting implementation projects.
