Libor Pavlík

Libor Pavlík currently serves as a Release Train Engineer and Agile Coach at CSOB, where responsibilities include leading an Agile Release Train consisting of six teams focused on Financial Markets Development and driving Agile Transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as an Agile Coach and Leader for Investment Banking at Komerční banka, contributing to the Agile Competency Center and the Agile@Scale transformation program. Libor has held various managerial positions, overseeing large development teams, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the delivery of critical software assets. Additionally, roles at BSC Praha and truconneXion involved project management and system engineering in the banking sector, implementing electronic banking systems and enterprise projects for major clients. Libor holds an education from the University of Economics and Management and began early career work with a focus on advanced technical and managerial skills in financial services.
