Tomáš Polách

Tomáš Polách is a data science and data mining professional who served as a Team Leader at CSOB from 2014 to 2016, managing teams of Data Scientists and Analysts. They were responsible for the creation and evaluation of propensity models, client microprofiling, and providing analytical support across multiple countries. Prior to this, Tomáš worked as a Senior Business Analyst and Predictive Analyst, focusing on customer analysis, segmentation, and predictive modeling. Tomáš also held a position as a Research Fellow at the Czech Technical University in Prague, where they conducted research on thermoluminescence dating of archaeological artifacts, and earned an Engineer degree in Nuclear Physics from the same institution.
