John DeMarsh

John DeMarsh has over two decades of experience in manufacturing and engineering management, specializing in process improvement, cost reduction, and team development. They served as Engineering Manager and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager at GRAMMER Americas from 2005 to 2021, leading initiatives focused on quality standards, new product development, and scrap reduction. Currently, John is the Plant Manager at CSP, applying extensive knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and collaborative product launch processes. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University.
